We are excited to announce that our global team has moved to a new office location in IT Park, Chandigarh. We enjoyed our previous location and made great memories there, and then we outgrew our space! We are excited about our new location, which provides space for team expansion to support business growth. This office move also embodies our new tagline “Beyond Systems, People Matter” reinforcing our belief that the best work in the future will be completed in environments that leverage technology, foster collaboration, facilitate productivity and encourage innovation.

Metasys Technologies has enjoyed a couple decades of growth, winning multiple industry awards along our journey, while fostering a culture of valuing people first. We look at this new location as the start of another chapter of growth and expansion.  As we continue to settle in, we have new desks ready for the additional team members we are ready to hire to support our growth.

The United States seems to be on a path toward eradicating COVID-19, immunizing its population, and initiating plans for reopening the economy. Boundless Recruiting with Location Inclusion

The disruption brought about by COVID-19 has made many components of work and workforce management more difficult. But it has made at least one initiative easier to implement: a policy of location inclusion. Location inclusion is a diversity movement that had difficulty gaining traction before social distancing orders transformed most organizations into remote workplaces virtually overnight. Companies now are experiencing the possibilities and efficiency benefits of incorporating decentralized employees, contractors, and gig workers. Though workers at most traditional, office-based firms still live and work in proximity, the pandemic has proven that it does not matter where talent is located.
